GACEK- FRUIT TREE HARVESTER WITH UMBRELL:
1. EFFECTIVE SYSTEM FOR CLEAN FRUITS:
High cleaning system design to remove leaves and impurities from receiving collected fruits by conveyor, controlled hydraulically and have adjustable speeds.
2. DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR COLLECTING FRUITS:
The machine is designed to harvest fruit into pallet boxes 1200x1000x760 mm. After mounting the bars, the platform for boxes and pallet’s platform to collect to boxes 600x400x150 mm. (Both options are available in standard version )
3. HIGH QUALITY FRUITS & HIGH RELIABILITY:
The innovative solution that distinguish GACEK is the adoption of an inverted umbrella folded automatically under the tree before shaking the fruits.
GACEK machine is recommended for orchard area of up to 5 ha. In optimal conditions, you can collect the fruits from 50-60 trees / hour. For the drive of the machine farm tractor equipped with a hydraulic pump with a capacity of min. 25 l / min and 30 hp of tractor power.
In order to operate GACEK two or three people are needed: one for tractor and 1-2 for handling the machine.
4. REGULATION OF THE POWER SHAKER:
For collecting fruits with a trunk diameter between 5 to 22 Cm.
The innovative shaking head guarantee quite an operation and is much more gentle for trees than other shaking head by changing the shaking force of the rotating weight that can be used for different fruits.
